These Aura Gift Card and Balance terms (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of Gift Cards.

As used in these Terms, “Gift Card” means a one time use, unredeemed Aura gift card (including electronic codes) with a fixed subscription period to a select service plan of the Aura service.

1. Aura Gift Card Redemption

Gift Cards are only redeemable for the Aura service in countries where the Aura service is offered.   To redeem a Gift Card, go to aura.com/activate and enter the card’s PIN number. You must create or have an existing and valid Aura membership to redeem a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for accounts that are billed through third parties. To redeem a Gift Card if your account is billed through a third party, you must first cancel your Aura billing through the applicable third party and then redeem your card at aura.com/activate once your last billing period with the third party has ended.

2. Service Selection and Subscription Length

Only the service plan listed on the Gift Card will be available to you.  If you wish to change your service plan, please contact Aura support.  Your subscription will start the day the Gift Card is redeemed and will automatically renew pursuant to the Aura License and Terms of Service after the fixed subscription period listed on the Gift Card ends provided you give us a valid payment method.

3. Refunds and cancellation of prepaid memberships

Gift Cards are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, except if you are entitled to receive a refund for cancellations or nonconformity under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you cancel your Aura membership before your subscription term ends, your Aura membership will not renew at the end of your subscription term.

4. No Fees or Expiration

A Gift Card expires nine (9) years from the date they are issued to you and are not subject to any fees.

5. Additional Restrictions

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, and cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Any Gift Card that has been resold, transferred or fraudulently obtained may be invalidated and voided at Aura’s sole discretion. Gift Cards may not be used in combination with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without Aura’s prior written approval. Use of Aura’s name, logo, trade dress or trademarks in connection with the purchase or use of Gift Cards will void the gift card and is strictly prohibited.

The use of Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Aura is prohibited without Aura’s prior written approval.

6. State of Issuance; Governing Law

Gift Cards are issued by Aura Sub, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. You agree to personal jurisdiction in the State of New York and that  the laws of the State of New York, will govern these Terms without regard to principles of conflict of laws. These Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your state of residence.
