Hari Ravichandran
Founder and CEO
Hari has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since 2019. Prior to Aura, Hari was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endurance International Group, a publicly traded global hosting and email marketing company with an enterprise value of approximately US$3.5 billion and more than 3,500 employees worldwide, from 2011 to 2017. Hari holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University, and studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.

Tim Levy
Tim has served as our Chief Executive Officer, Aura Alpha, a dedicated platform focused on driving growth and innovation for Aura, and a member of our board of directors since July, 2026. Prior to our acquisition of Qoria, Tim was the Founder and Managing Director of Qoria from 2016 to 2026. Prior to founding Qoria, Tim worked in commerce and professional services. Tim was a founder of Vodafone Australia’s reseller Mo’s Mobiles, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the ASX-listed telecommunications reseller B Digital Limited and a Management Consultant at Andersen, where he worked on global technology and change projects. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia and was previously a practicing Chartered Accountant.

Brian DeCenzo
President & Chief Financial Officer
Brian DeCenzo
Brian DeCenzo serves as Aura’s Chief Financial Officer, leading global financial planning, analysis, accounting, business analytics and reporting. With a strong background in financial strategy and technology innovation, Brian brings valuable expertise to Aura.
Before joining the team, he held leadership roles at Inxeption, a technology platform for industrial e-commerce, and spent nearly 20 years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in the Investment Banking Division. As a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group, he specialized in advising internet and software companies, offering strategic insights to fuel business growth. He also served as Chief of Staff to the President and COO and played a key role in establishing both the IBD Innovation Lab, focused on integrating cutting-edge technology into client operations, and the Goldman Sachs HBCU Market Madness program, to support HBCUs and their students.
DeCenzo holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Thomas Clayton
President & Chief Operating Officer
Thomas Clayton
Thomas Clayton is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and President at Aura, overseeing the company’s operations with a focus on driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy and expanding Aura’s reach. Clayton has a strong track record of scaling technology companies, having held C-suite and other leadership roles at Peek, Bill.com and Houzz where he specialized in SaaS, fintech and small business platforms. As a former CEO and executive at high-growth, investor-backed companies—including Bubbly and BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle for $8.5B)—he has successfully led companies through critical growth phases across a range of industries. In addition to leading go-to-market strategy, Clayton will oversee Aura’s customer experience (CX) and human resources (HR) functions.
Clayton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Crispin Swan
Crispin has served as our Managing Director, K-12 since July, 2026. Prior to our acquisition of Qoria, Crispin was Chief Operating Officer of Qoria from 2022 to 2026. Previously, Crispin was Executive Director - Sales at Qoria from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, Crispin held various roles at Lucent, Cisco, Schumberger and Mavenir. Crispin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Studies from University of Portsmouth and Fachhochschule Münster.

Jeff Belanger
Jeff Belanger serves as Aura’s Chief People Officer, leading people strategy and operations to align the company’s growth with a strong performance culture and operational excellence. He brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in scaling operations, driving transformation and building high-performing, inclusive organizations that fuel innovation and execution. He has led global teams across high-growth, private equity-backed and public companies, and has held senior HR and operations leadership roles at technology firms including Semarchy, Buildium, SEMrush and Pandora. In addition to his executive roles, Belanger serves as a strategic advisor to emerging technology companies such as AceUp and CultureHQ. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. John Fisher University.

Bill Lundregan
Chief Legal Officer & Secretary
Bill Lundregan
Bill Lundregan serves as Aura’s Chief Legal Officer, responsible for managing the company’s legal and regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance and risk management. He joins Aura from Finalsite, a leading SaaS provider in the education sector. He previously served as Chief Legal Officer at Starry, a high-growth technology company transforming consumer internet service, and held a senior leadership role at Esselte, a private-equity-owned B2B manufacturer. Earlier in his career, he worked at Skadden. Lundregan is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where he earned his J.D., and the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he earned an MBA.

Adam Medros
Chief Product Officer
Adam Medros
Adam Medros serves as Aura’s Chief Product Officer, leading the company’s global product strategy, design and user experience, with a focus on integrating new AI-powered features and identifying opportunities to bring these protections to market across consumer, employer, enterprise and school channels. He brings decades of experience building and scaling consumer technology platforms across travel, education, and marketplace and subscription businesses, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Spark Networks, a global online dating portfolio that includes Jdate, among others. Recruited to lead a turnaround, he developed a unified modern platform, refreshed legacy brands, built an in-house engineering organization, and drove measurable gains in engagement across the portfolio. Medros previously served as COO at Embark Veterinary, leading Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, and as President and co-CEO of edX, where he expanded the product portfolio, grew monetization by more than 40%, and co-led its $800 million sale to 2U. He also spent 13 years at TripAdvisor as Senior Vice President, Global Product, helping scale the company into a global platform serving hundreds of millions of users across dozens of markets and languages. Medros holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

Rekha Singh

Rekha Singh
Rekha Singh serves as Aura’s Chief Technology Officer, leading the company’s engineering organization and technology strategy to support scalable growth and accelerate AI-driven innovation. She brings over 30 years of experience building enterprise-grade platforms and leading high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams across fast-growing companies.
Prior to joining Aura, Rekha served as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science at GoPuff, where she played a key role in scaling the company’s technology infrastructure. She also held senior engineering leadership roles at TripAdvisor and other global technology companies, where she led efforts to modernize core platforms and drive digital transformation. At Aura, Rekha is responsible for advancing the company’s technical foundation, driving platform innovation, and ensuring resilient, secure solutions that protect families online.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Sujay Jaswa
Sujay has served on our board of directors since 2019. Since 2016, Sujay has been a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WndrCo, a technology holding company, where he serves as Founding Chairman of Aura, Point Wild, Super Unlimited, and Twingate, and where he also led WndrCo’s investments in 1Password and Quince. Since 2020, Sujay has also been a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WndrCo Capital Management, a venture capital firm, where he has led investments in Databricks, Waymo, SpaceX, Figma, Cursor, Quince, Yassir, Abridge, Meter, Harvey, and WndrHLTH. Previously, Sujay was the Business Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Business at Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX), where he created and led the company’s global business and finance organizations. During his tenure from 2010 to 2015, Dropbox grew from an early-stage startup into a leading global technology company. Earlier in his career, Sujay was a Principal at New Enterprise Associates from 2008 to 2010, where he was involved in early investments in Workday, Cloudflare, and Playdom. He was also an individual investor in Guardant Health, Facebook, and SpaceX. Sujay is a Lecturer on startups at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and sponsors research awards at Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry, UCSF’s Cancer Center, and Harvard Business School. Sujay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

James Cash, Jr., Ph.D
James has served on our board of directors since 2021. James is the retired James E. Robison Professor of Business Administration and Senior Associate Dean, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School, where he served from 1976 to 2003. During his tenure at Harvard, James served as the Chairman of the MBA Program from 1992 to 1995 and as Senior Associate Dean and Chairman of HBS Publishing from 1998 to 2003. James is a former board and audit committee member of General Electric (NYSE: GE), Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Sprint, Scientific Atlanta, State Street Corp. (NYSE: STT) and Wal-Mart (NASDAQ: WMT). James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Texas Christian University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University’s Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management.

Jeffrey has served on our board of directors since 2021. Since 2016, Jeffrey has been a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WndrCo, a technology holding company, where he has led WndrCo’s investments in Airtable, Deel, Placer.ai, and ID.me, and served as a Director of Aura and Point Wild. Since 2020, Jeffrey has also been a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WndrCo Capital Management, a venture capital firm, where he has led investments in Anduril, Waymo, ElevenLabs, Deel, Meter, Granola, Harvey, and Abridge. From 2004 to 2016, Jeffrey served as the Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of DreamWorks Animation. Jeffrey co-founded and was a principal member of DreamWorks LLC (“Old DreamWorks Studios”) from its founding in October 1994 until its sale to Paramount in January 2006. Prior to founding Old DreamWorks Studios, Jeffrey served as Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios from 1984 to 1994. Prior to joining Disney, Jeffrey was President of Production at Paramount Pictures. He has also served on the boards or as a trustee of the following organizations: AIDS Project Los Angeles, American Museum of the Moving Image, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, California Institute of the Arts, Geffen Playhouse, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Motion Picture & Television Fund Foundation, University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, and The Simon Wiesenthal Center. He previously served as a director of Zynga Inc. from April 2011 until June 2014.

Peter Pawlowitsch
Peter Pawlowitsch
Peter has served on our board of directors since July, 2026. Peter has served on the board of directors of Qoria from 2019 until its acquisition by Aura. Peter is an experienced ASX company director, specializing in technology businesses and the transition from start-up to sustainability. Peter has been a director of numerous ASX-listed companies over the last two decades and currently serves as a director of Novatti Group Ltd, VRX Silica Ltd and Fortuna Metals Limited. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University. Peter is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Matthew Stepka
Matthew Stepka
Matthew has served on our board of directors since July, 2026. Matthew has served as Managing Director at Machina Ventures, an investment firm focused on early stage, artificial intelligence enabled companies, since 2017. Prior to Machina Ventures, Matthew was Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy at Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) from 2007 to 2016, where he led and incubated strategic initiatives, especially mission-driven projects with high social impact. Prior to Google, Matthew held positions including Vice President at drugstore.com, Chief Operating Officer at WorldRes, a leading online hotel reservation network, Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, and Systems Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Matthew holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law.
