How do I cancel Aura through the mobile App?

  1. Members will want to go to their Aura App on their mobile device.
  1. Once you are logged in you will click on three lines on the top left corner.
  2. Click on gear wheel settings now in the top right corner.
  3. Next click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  4. Select “Cancel Subscription”.
  5. You will now click “Continue to Aura.com” to continue with the cancellation.
  6. Now sign into your account.
  7. Once you are signed in it will take you to your “Membership” page and you will want to click on “Cancel Membership”.
