Reminders
- Only the member can turn on and turn off the Credit Lock.
- The Credit Lock feature only applies to Experian.
- Members must verify their identity before being able to lock their credit.
Process Steps
- Please sign in at https://my.aura.com/sign-in
- Once you are logged in, on the bottom right side you will see “My protection summary” and select “Credit”

- You will now be guided to “Credit” and will see “Experian CreditLock” you can click on it and the toggle will turn blue indicating that the lock has been placed.
