How can I request my credit report?

• Credit report is updated annually.

 Process Steps

1. Please sign in at  https://my.aura.com/sign-in 
2. Once you are logged in, on the top you will see “Me". Select this and then select “Credit”
3. Above “Experian CreditLock” there will be two icons. Select the one on the left. Note: not the icon with the lock.

4. To request your three-bureau credit report and scores, click on “Request report”
