I received an alert for a new account change. Now what?

What Triggers a New Account Change 

  • New Account holder information changed
  • Requesting a replacement card
  • Updating any information on an existing account
  • Creditor reporting unpaid Balances to a Credit Bureau/s

Is there anything I have to do?

  • If you recognize the alert, there are No further actions
  • If you don’t recognize the alert, contact a Security Specialist anytime at 1-833-552-2123 to support you through the next steps
  • Contact your financial institution to verify no changes have been made
  • Review  your  Credit Report
