How does my credit score tracker work?

Reminders

• The score tracker will show the member’s vantage scores for the last twelve months.
• Vantage score 3.0 is a credit score developed using all three Bureau Credit Scores merged into one

Process Steps 

1. Login to member area at  https://my.aura.com 
2. Complete MFA if needed.
3. Once you are logged in, on the bottom right you will see “My Protection Summary”.

4. Click on the Credit tile.

5. You will see your credit score and the score ranges.

6. Below Credit Score, you will see your Score Tracker. To  view Score tracker as a list, click List icon.

7. To view Score Tracker as a Chart, click the chart/graph icon.

8. Below the Score Tracker, you will see your Credit Score Breakdown which will provide you with factors that may be impacting your Credit Score.

          a. Click View details for a better understanding.
