How do I verify my phone number?

Reminders

• Standard message and data rates apply.
• To OPT out, text “Stop” or visit the alerts page in your customer profile.
• A 6-digit code will be sent as a text message.

Process Steps

1. Login into your Aura account at https://my.aura.com/sign-in 
2. You will see a gear wheel on the top right corner,  click on “Alert Preferences”.

3. Click on “Verify Phone number”.

4. You will receive a pop up asking for the verification code sent to your phone number. Enter code and click verify.

5. Your text notification will now be enabled.
