How do I remove a child from my account?

Any child is considered a minor under the age of 18. Once the the child is 18 years old they will need to be removed and then added as an adult.

1. You will sign in at  www.my.aura.com login page. 

2. You will enter your credentials. (complete MFA if needed)
3. Once you are logged in you will click on “My Family”.

4. You will now have a list of your family members that are on your plan.

5. Next to the right of your child’s name, you will click on the three dots. Then select “Remove Member”.

6. Next, confirm your changes. 

7. Once completed there will be a banner on the top of the screen confirming your changes.
