How do I add a family member to my plan?

Please note the email must be different from the active member's. The link in the email expires after two weeks.

Process Steps

  1. Please sign in at https://my.aura.com/sign-in 
  2. You will view your dashboard and you will be able to see a menu on the top. You will select “My family”.
  1. Please click on “Add member”
  1. Once that option is clicked you will select “Add spouse or adult”
  1. Now you will enter the adult's first and last name with the adult's email address twice.
  1. Once the information is entered, it will bring you back to the “My family” landing page where the invitation is pending. Now the adult will receive an email where they will complete their enrollment.
