• Personal information provided must be valid and matches up with the Personal Identifying Information that Equifax has
• If you have no established credit or a thin Credit file, Identity verification may fail
• You may also enroll by phone. Aura Sales Team hours:
• Monday through Friday: 6AM to 7PM MST
• Saturday: 7AM to 4 PM MST
• Closed: Sundays

Process Steps

1. Click Start Free Trial

2. Choose Plan

3. Enter personal email address and click Continue:

4. Enter First, Middle, and Last name:

5. Enter Home Address and click Continue:

6. Enter the following information and click Continue:

          a. Phone Number

          b. Date of Birth

          c. Social Security Number

7.  Choose Annual or monthly subscription

8. How did you hear about us?

           a. Select any option from drop down menu

9. Enter one of the following Payment Methods and click Start Free Trial:

           a. Debit/Credit Card

           b. Link PayPal account

Note:

      1. Prepaid Cards are not Accepted

      2. Member may receive an $8 charge 

      3. Charge will reflect back into original account in less than 7-10 days

10. Create a Secure Password that includes the following criteria:

           a. 1 lowercase character

           b. 1 Symbol

           c. 8+ Characters

           d. 1 Uppercase Character

           e. 1 Number

       Note: The member will see a green dot appear as they enter the desired password, indicating they have met the password requirements
