Why does the VPN on my phone not allow me access to any site, not even Aura? How can I disable it?

Some sites or apps won't open if the location is turned off, which our VPN does. If you need to disable the VPN, you would open your Aura app and log in, scroll to online security, and enable or disable it as needed.

* Please use Shield if you do not need to hide your location/IP address.
