Parental Controls: Preventing App Deletion for iOS Devices

If you recently installed Aura on your child’s device and would like it to stay there or if Parental Controls have stopped working and you realize that your child was able to delete Aura then this video is for you.

Process Steps:

  1. Tap iOS settings.
  2. Tap Screen Time.
  1. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and ensure it's turned on.
  1. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
  1. Tap Deleting Apps.
  1. Set to “Don’t Allow”.
