Important information regarding iOS 17: How to turn off Live Voicemail and keep Aura’s Call Protection.

As part of iOS 17, Apple released a new feature called Live Voicemail that prevents Aura Call Protection from screening your calls. This new feature is on by default if you updated to iOS 17, so you may have noticed spam calls getting through.

To restore your protection, make sure Live Voicemail is turned off on your iPhone.

Open your iPhone settings
Tap Phone
Tap Live Voicemail
Turn off Live Voicemail
