If a member signs up for the parental control plan through Aura, the account setup is looking for a SSN, is there a way to bypass this since it is only parental controls?

Parental Controls do not require a child’s social security number to use or set up.

Separately, if you are on an Aura Family Plan, to enable Identity Protection and Dark Web monitoring you will need to provide the child’s social security number. All SSNs are kept safe with military-grade encryption to ensure your family’s protection.
