I would like to enable text notifications.

Reminders

• Text message notifications will be sent to the phone number you used to enroll into our services.
• If you are needing to change your phone number you change it under the gear wheel and account details or you can call in.

Process Steps

1. Log into your Aura account at https://my.aura.com/sign-in 
2. Once you are logged in on the top right you will see a gear wheel, hover over it and click on “Alert Preferences”.

3. You will now click on “Verify Phone Number”.

4. Now it will show you the phone number and a 6 digit code has been sent to it, once you receive your text message you will enter in the code and click on “Verify”.

5. Once the phone number is verified it will take you back to “Alert Preferences” and you will see that text message notifications have now been enabled.
