Process steps:
- Add a child to your Aura account.
- Ensure that you have downloaded the Aura desktop app onto the computer where the gaming takes place. *Please note, that Safe Gaming monitoring is only available on Windows computers and will need to be downloaded onto the Windows computer that the child plays games on.
- If the user did not add a child, they will be able to add a child through the desktop app under the Safe Gaming Tab.
- Once they click on safe gaming, they will click Install ProtectMe.
- They will be asked to select the child they want to monitor and add their date of birth.
- Click Protect and then Continue.
- Once it is installed, there is nothing left to do.
- Users will receive their weekly reports every Tuesday.
