How do I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information very quickly from your account page. 

1. Please log into your account at Aura.com. 
2. Navigate to the top right side of the panel (left on your mobile), hover over the gear wheel, and select “Account Details.” 
3. From there, you can click “Change,” and you can change your Email, Password, or your Phone number. 

Please note that to change your name or your address you will need to contact the Aura support team at 1-833-552-2123.
