How do Content Filters work for Aura Parental Controls?

Reminders:

  • Content Filtering allows parents to restrict their children's access to inappropriate or explicit content, applications, or websites on devices such as smartphones and tablets.
  • They provide customizable settings, helping parents create a safer and age-appropriate digital environment for their children.

Process Steps:

  1. Aura provides 3 ways to block inappropriate content:
  • Block access to Apps
  • Block access to specific Websites
  • Block content by Categories, such as Gambling, Chat Forums, Dating, Explicit Content, etc

        2. Once you set up Parental Controls Aura automatically provides default, age-appropriate content filters for your              child and will notify you if your child tries to access blocked content.

        3. You can adjust default Content Filter settings in the Aura app by going to your child’s profile page, tapping the              Parental Controls card, then Content filtering.
