I received an Over Threshold Alert. Now what?

Aura sends you over-threshold alerts when there is a withdrawal, transfer, or over-usage of the amount that you set up for the threshold.

If you recognize this alert, there is no cause for alarm. You can simply archive the alert.

If you do not recognize this alert, please do the following:

  • Contact your financial institution if you do not recognize the alert activity or you suspect the activity is fraudulent.
  • Advise your financial institution that you do not recognize the alert activity or that you suspect it is fraudulent.
  • Your financial institution will advise you on steps to take in order to resolve the issue.
