I am unable to connect to wifi security, what can I do to fix this?

To restore connection to WiFi Security please verify that you do not have the following running in the background: 

  • Please disable or remove any other virtual private networks (VPNs) installed on your device. They could be causing interference, and you should not have two VPNs running at the same time. 
  • Disable any antivirus software or firewall through your device’s settings and then turn on WiFi Security.
