Please Note:
- You must have online access to your financial institution and your username/password.
- You must not have two-factor authentication set up with your bank.
Instructions:
- You will log into your account at https://my.aura.com/sign-in.
- Once you are logged in you will see “My protection summary” on the bottom right-hand corner. You will then see “Transactions". Click on “Activate”.
- Next, you will click on “Link bank account”.
- Aura uses Plaid to connect your account and you can view our Plaid End User Privacy Policy. If you agree you will click on “Continue” and if you do not, you can click on the “X” in the top right corner.
- Next, you will be prompted to enter your phone number for verification or you can select “Maybe later”.
- Now you can search for your bank by typing in the name of your bank or you can scroll down until you find your financial institution.
- You must authenticate with your financial institution and click “Continue”. It will direct you to your login page.
- The next step will be to enter your login credentials.
- For your security, your financial institution may require you to verify that it is actually you, and you may be asked to verify your identity.
- If you had to verify your identity then you will receive a message stating you have successfully added an account.
