I received a call from a very knowledgeable agent who walked me through the task of contacting a credit card company that someone was trying to fraudulently attempt to obtain a credit card using my information. The agent's help far exceeded my expectations and resolved my issue with the card bank while I was on the phone. The agent stayed with me the entire time while working with the credit card bank. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I never expected to receive such amazing help as I did from Aura.

Just switched to Aura from another protection product because the customer service and agent knowledge of how their products worked was so poor. Aura agent worked out all the issues promptly (appreciate the call back on the weekend) and was able to answer questions to help me select the proper product for my Son's needs.

Could have resolved the issue in 1 phone call, but I had another appointment and had to call back later. Both times I got a clear speaking agent within a minute or two. Very helpful. Issue with BofA, they did 3-way call with them, resolved issue. Offered 90 close watch on my accounts for no extra charge. I feel safe and protected with Aura, highly recommend

I had received a warning from AURA of an unknown person using my name to open a false credit card account. When Tammy at AURA got all the information from me she called the creditor and the 3 of us discussed the situation in depth. The fraudulent account was immediately closed and Tammy helped me become more familiar with even more services offered by AURA. Thank you Tammy.

Love the Antivirus and Identity theft software. Easy to set up. We have both Mac and Windows laptops that we use. Software for the antivirus was easy to download and set up. I love the VPN software. Scan runs fast in the background. The identity software...is simple to set up for our accounts, giving us great notifications. The only thing I would like is antivirus software for the IOS. Overall, great product.

Big fan of Aura. I downloaded their app a few weeks ago after hearing about it on a podcast. They do so much more than just cyber security. Their customer service is top-notch as well. I had an issue when applying the VPN feature so I gave them a call. Zero wait time. The person on the other end was super helpful and patient. As someone who wants to take their online security seriously but also wants someone else to handle it for me, I can't recommend them enough.
