Capital accumulated by individuals, constantly searches for fertile ground internationally, to insure its healthy growth. At the same time, it seeks investment where it can be enjoyed with high rates of return, requiring protection, against the inextinguishable governmental rapacity existing in ninety nine percent of the countries in the world. To fill this need, AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP was established in 1977 and incorporated in Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands. The group enjoys the association of a distinguished body of investment managers, whose financial expertise was gained by their personal experiences of more than 30 years each, as financial managers working in the oldest and most prestigious inter-national banking houses. AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP is a "joint venture" of the Hambros Group of England, the Leumi Group of Israel and of AURA TECHNOLOGY.
The basic objective of our organization has been to provide a refuge against predatory governmental actions directed against property rights and the accumulation of capital. This is a common condition in countries whose societies live in constant political and social crises. These crises are the result of plans of action created by destructive ideological viruses such as Socialism, which is the institutionalization of envy as the main pillar of governmental action. Because of these conditions which are very prevalent (in spite of the destruction of Soviet communism), there exists throughout the world, an enormous quantity of flight capital whose creation was the result of arduous and honest labor on the part of its respective owners.
These individual capitals fluctuate anywhere between fifty thousand and fifty million dollars per person. AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP has established a series of methods and media, through which it provides investors, substantive profits, total protection and excellent means of investment. The principal means has been through the establishment of investment funds. These funds are being managed by experienced financial managers and directors whose talents have become known through their performances with the traditional private banking houses of Europe (Rothschild, Hambros, Lombard Odier, and others.) Each one of the funds pursues certain specific objectives, which are described in their respective prospectuses. The funds are offered to investors in all countries, but the offerings are made only from the locations in the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, the Isle of Man and Ireland.
At the present time, AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP operates four funds whose investments are placed by experienced managers from Lombard Odier & Cie. of Geneva, Switzerland, the National Westminster Bank of London, England, Rothschild et Cie., of Paris, France, and Credite Suisse of Basel, Switzerland. The operating funds are: THE SOUTH PACIFIC CENTURY FUND (73MM), THE SOUTH ATLANTIC STRATEGIC FUND (84MM), THE MINERALS AND ENERGY RENOVATION FUND (96MM), and THE MULTINATIONAL GROWTH AND ENVIRONMENT FUND (39MM). Since January 1992, participating in these funds requires a minimum individual investment of four hundred thousand U.S. dollars.An important activity of AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP is the placement of investment capital and the intermediation in obtaining financing from various sources. This service is provided as consultants, negotiating representatives and/or as holders of the client's power of attorney, for established organizations whose size and operational capability justifies the trust to invest in them. Our group assists in the preparation of necessary documents, feasibility studies, representation and negotiation with organizations or financial groups. AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP has had great success in this activity and participated in the financing of various projects that involved gathering a diverse group of organizations and financial groups located in different countries of the world.
The investment managers currently being used, serve as independent managers and not in the personnel payroll of AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP.
