ABOUT AURA TECHNOLOGY
The AURA TECHNOLOGY group is a conglomerate integrated by four subsidiary companies and a specialty services circle of mini-companies. Under the holding of AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, founded and incorporated in California in 1974 it is also incorporated in Panama and the Isle of Man. The company was started by a group of businessmen with backgrounds in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, nuclear energy, astronautics, oceanography, electronics, law, diplomacy, economics and finance. These individuals have common experiences in several areas. They also share their having been veterans of different military organizations with participation in military campaigns. They have all had extensive experience in international commerce and/or international business administration.
The basic premise of AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION was to establish a private multinational organization. The purpose was to avail itself of profitable opportunities in international trade and other areas between developing nations and the industrialized western democracies. From its inception the organization sought certain objectives for itself and for its clients. These objectives are the basic reason for all of the operations undertaken by AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION. The objectives are: 1. To open new markets and foster the creation of new technologies; 2. To establish a wide network of international coverage; 3. To reach a high level of operational efficiency with minimal cost; 4. To provide superior service to every individual client; 5. To obtain the highest level of profit for itself and its clients.
At AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, capitalism and free enterprise are the basic norms of all its corporate activities. The individual business experiences of the board members of AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, exceed 35 years each and include periods of service rendered to their respective governments (United States, France, England, Greece, Japan, Israel, South África and Brazil). The company also shares its board with AURA INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT GROUP, an international organization of investments management, incorporated in Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands. The companies of the group include activities in web page technology and information systems, publishing and news, electronics and technology, international trade, and a specialty services circle of specific and highly specialized activities which may occasionally be required.
The International Consulting Group was formed in 1979, in response to heavy demands that were being made on all of AURA TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION's board members and on its worldwide associates for consulting services in their respective areas of expertise. Although in its original business plan, consulting activities were not envisioned as a product to be offered, the demand made it necessary to provide consultant services independent of the trading, marketing, web page and software design, financial work and specialty services. Since its inception, the International Consulting Group has performed more than one thousand three hundred assignments of varying degrees of complexity for public and private organizations in all areas of human endeavor. The range of activities and client list span the entire globe.
